Christina Boyer (Tina Resch Page)

Christina Boyer, better known as Tina Resch was the center of the much publicized Columbus poltergeist case . Most, like the esteemed Dr. William Roll believed the case to be genuine. Dr. Roll, along with Valerie Storey wrote a book titled: "Unleashed. Of Poltergeists And Murder. The Curious Story Of Tina Resch." However, where the book ends is where the story really begins. Tina was persuaded to plead guilty to Felony Murder after the death of her Daughter, Amber. This plea is what is known as an "Alford Plea." By accepting that plea, she was not confessing to being guilty of anything. She was persuaded to take it because her lawyer, Jimmy Berry had her convinced she would be convicted and by taking the plea, she would be released on parole after what she was led to believe would be a short time. She was told if she did not take the plea, she was likely to receive the death penalty. In the book is incontrovertible proof of her innocence. On this page, you will find links that support my point of view. There is an interview with Tina and there is also an interview with Dr. Roll. You will also find "A Plea To My Readers" where I ask for your help in getting Tina out of prison. There are also links to pages done by James Conrad, noted film industry author and physics researcher. Like me, he believes two things:

  1. The case is genuine.

  2. Tina is innocent and should be released from prison.

If we did not truly believe in Tina's innocence, we would not be putting our hard earned reputations on the line. For those of you who have not read the book, I strongly advise you to do so. It is a great read and it will help you understand the controversy of her imprisonment.

PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT STORY. DESPITE IRREFUTABLE EVIDENCE OF HER INNOCENCE, THE BOARD OF PARDONS AND PAROLES CHOSE TO IGNORE THAT EVIDENCE AND TURNED DOWN HER PAROLE BID.
